How to Participate in an AIIM Wednesday Webinar

  • Webinars begin at 2:00 PM Eastern US Time.
  • Webinars are FREE to attend and you don't need to be an AIIM member.
  • Webinars run approximately 60 minutes.
  • After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to participate in the LIVE webinar. (NOTE: you will also receive a reminder email with instructions for how to participate.)
  • Visit the Help Pages prior to the webinar for system requirements.
  • If you have questions prior to the webinar, please email aiim@aiim.org
  • A link to the REPLAY and the webinar SLIDES will be available on the AIIM website several days after the live event.

What you need to participate in an AIIM Wednesday Webinar:

  • A computer with speakers. (The sound will come through your speakers. You will not dial-in on a phone.)
  • Windows XP / Vista with Internet Explorer 6.0 or Firefox 3.0 or Mac OS 10.5 or higher with Firefox 3.0.
  • Must accept cookies and have JavaScript enabled.
  • RealPlayer or Windows Media Player (download these players at www.vdat.com/download_players ).
  • At least a 300 Kbps connection to the Internet.
  • At least 512 Mb RAM.
  • At least 2GHz processor/CPU speed.

If you have problems with the sound, please check your computer speakers and sound settings. If that is not the problem, try using the other player.
