Kathi's experience includes management, directing of PEGs, teaching communication skills workshops, facilitating large and small business and community groups, programming, software design, and individualized consulting assignments focused on technology assessment and management development. Kathi has participated in local and national business organizations such as the National Association of Women Business Owners, Rochester Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council, Rochester Women's Network, and the Organizational Development Network. In the community she has been a board member of several non-profits most recently Gilda's Club of Rochester, a Cancer Support Community where she served as president of the board. Kathi has a B.S and an M.S. in Computer Science.

Bob Farrell, Publisher of the Business Resource Guide
Bob Farrell has over 13 years of experience in the Publishing and Advertising Sales industry.
Prior to Bob and Jason forming F&M Publishing, LLC in 2007, Bob was the Vice President/Publisher at MARCOA Publishing and was responsible for numerous publications and areas, including Las Vegas, NV Chamber of Commerce Directories, Military Relocation Guides in Nevada, Arizona, Montana, & California. While with MARCOA Publishing, he was #1 Sales Person for the company every year.
Bob has trained hundreds of salespersons in the past 10 years within his company as well as for other companies as an “outside trainer”.
He has a B.A. in Business & Marketing. Bob is a United States Air Force Veteran and is also an accomplished musician/songwriter with a successful career in music in the 80′s-mid 90′s in Nashville, Tennessee.

Roger W. Hansen is a Certified Records Manager and has worked in the Records & Information Management field for over 10 years. His work has focused on the creation and implementation of operationally effective and legally compliant records management programs. He advises on the development of Records Management policy and the creation of Records Retention Schedules. He’s been responsible for creating and managing a record organization for a major corporation with over 40,000 employees worldwide. His works is focused on creating implementable, compliant records policies, effective information governance, and retention schedules development.
Prior to his current work as a Records & Information Management consultant, Roger has worked as the Enterprise Records Manager for Ingersoll Rand, Senior Records Analyst for Scotts Miracle-Gro, and as a Records Manager for Owens Corning. He has over ten years of operational management experience. He has a Business Administration degree from North Dakota State University and received his records management education in the Records and Information Management program at the University of North Dakota.
Roger is a member of ARMA International, the professional organization for records managers. He has served two terms as Chapter President of the Greater Columbus Chapter of ARMA. In addition, he has conducted educational sessions for both local meetings and international conferences.

John Mancini, President, AIIM
John F. Mancini joined AIIM in May 1996, following 11 years in various positions at the American Electronics Association in Washington, D.C., most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He has also served as Executive Director of the Foundation for Public Affairs.
Mancini is a frequent speaker at meetings and conferences throughout the world on various trends in the technology marketplace and the evolving and expanding role of information professionals in helping organizations build effective information management strategies.
Mancini writes for the blog "Digital Landfill", is an active participant on multiple social networks (usually as "jmancini77"), and is the author of a series of "8 things you need to know" eBooks.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the College of William and Mary and a Master's degree from Princeton University.

Atle Skjekkeland joined AIIM in 2004 as Managing Director for its European operation, was promoted to Vice President for AIIM in 2006, and became Chief Operating Officer in 2011. He is responsible for marketing, sales, delivery, and support of all AIIM products and services, which include events, webinars, training, research, and membership.
Atle is the architect and driving force behind AIIM’s Certificate programs, which have had 20,000+ course attendees over the last 5 years. He has delivered workshops across the world, and established training partnerships on almost all continents. He is also the architect behind the new Information Certification introduced in 2011 and available worldwide via Prometric exam centers.
Atle holds a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and has 15+ years of experience working within IT.
