AIIM Garden
State Chapter Sponsorship Program
AIIM Garden State Chapter serves its members and local community by providing
a forum to acquire information, gain knowledge around Enterprise Content
Management through networking and participating in chapter hosted events.
The chapter organizes and hosts educational and social events throughout the
year. Participation in local AIIM chapter sponsorship provides an invaluable
approach to marketing and strengthening brand recognition within a local
community. During these events and through advertising on AIIM GSC website
sponsors are able to reach out to professionals working within the Enterprise
Content Management field to promote their products and services.
Sponsorship
Levels
There are two levels of sponsorship available: Event and Full Year
Sponsorship.
Event
Sponsorship ($500)
1. Table for marketing sponsor’s products and services at an AIIM Garden
State Chapter hosted event. All materials must be provided by the sponsor.
2. Sponsor’s logo will be printed on all event related materials.
3. Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on AIIM Garden State Chapter Event web
site page as long as event information is archived on web site.
4. Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on AIIM Garden State Chapter home web
page from event announcement date and until one month past the event date.
5. Sponsor’s white papers, marketing or other promotional materials may be
displayed at AIIM Garden State Chapter hosted events.
6. Sponsor may host a raffle at the event to collect business cards from
attendees of AIIM Garden State Chapter hosted event.
7. Sponsor is requested to send promotional email related to event to its
internal database contacts in New Jersey. (Area codes: 201, 609, 732, 856, 908,
973)
8. Complementary attendance to the event for two sponsor representatives.
NOTE: Sponsor must provide AIIM Garden State Chapter with marketing materials
and logo prior to the event
Event Sponsorship Agreement
Full Year
Sponsorship ($1,500)
1. All features of the Single Event Sponsorship.
2. Short presentation at the beginning of AIIM Garden State Chapter hosted
event.
3. Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on AIIM Garden State Chapter home web
page for entire
year.
4. Sponsor’s logo will be made available on all materials from AIIM Garden
State Chapter throughout the year.
5. Sponsor may provide observations on future Enterprise Content Management
industry direction and objective feedback relevant to upcoming event topics to
maintain impartiality of the AIIM Garden State Chapter.
6. Sponsorship is for one (1) year from signing of full year sponsorship
agreement.
