About the Event
Life Insurance eApp – Building the Business Case
Please join the AIIM Midwest Chapter at Farm Bureau Financial Services (FBFS) in West Des Moines for a presentation on an electronic web based form that they will be rolling out to their Life Insurance agents soon. The browser based eApp will allow their Life Insurance agents to fill out a policy application for new customers on the web, eliminating the need for paper and to insure that the information that is provided is complete and “in good order”. The presentation will cover the business problems that FBFS is addressing with this new solution, the process they went through to select the solution and the extensive cost justification analysis they conducted to establish the business case to move forward. You will also get to see the design and electronic form that they are planning on rolling out.
About the Speaker
Anne Hyler, Senior Business Analyst, Life Business Solutions, at Farm Bureau Financial Services will discuss the nine month process she went through to build the business case and get approval to rollout the eApp solution for their Life Insurance Agents. Anne has been with Farm Bureau for one year. Prior to that, Anne was with Principal for 16 years working with Group Insurance Underwriting and also Project management.
