We are fortunate to have two great speakers for this event and will be sending out a special invitation to the members of the Pittsburgh chapter.

Our first speaker will be Dr. Froehlich (see bio’s below), he will share with us his vision for the Knowledge Management Masters program that he has created at Kent State plus other issues related to careers in records and knowledge management.

Our second speaker, John Mancini will present the first installment of the ECM certification program that was introduced this year by AIIM International.

In case that’s not sufficient we will have time to meet other professionals in the industry and share front line experiences. See you on the 11th
