Atle Skjekkeland joined AIIM in 2004 as Managing Director for its European operation, was promoted to Vice President for AIIM in 2006, and became Chief Operating Officer in 2011. He is responsible for marketing, sales, delivery, and support of all AIIM products and services, which include events, webinars, training, research, and membership.
Atle is the architect and driving force behind AIIM’s Certificate programs, which have had 20,000+ course attendees over the last 5 years. He has delivered workshops across the world, and established training partnerships on almost all continents. He is also the architect behind the new Information Certification introduced in 2011 and available worldwide via Prometric exam centers.
An early adopter of social media to improve member communication, brand exposure, and Web traffic; over the last few years he has developed AIIM’s strategy for using the Web as a platform for education and networking.
Atle holds a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and has 15+ years of experience working within IT. He is eager to find new ways technologies can add value, disrupt markets, and create a blue ocean opportunity. Atle is also interested in the future for information workers with improved usability, mobility, knowledge sharing, and retention.
Renowned as a very energetic and lively speaker, Atle is frequently asked to present at AIIM, Gartner, and industry conferences throughout the world. His background as one of the most experienced and well-known ECM trainers in the world makes him knowledgeable in a wide range of topics.

Chief Financial Officer
Felicia joined AIIM in 2006 as the Director of Finance and Administration and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2011. She is responsible for all finance and accounting functions, as well as human resources, administration and operations.
Promoting team and individual growth by implementing internal programs at AIIM that enhance the overall work experience is one of Felicia's primary goals. From teleworking to team building, each program is taken on to strengthen and build upon AIIM's greatest asset - human talent. She leads the charge to implement mobile productivity by creating a virtual workplace that strengthens AIIM's ability to move forward in a global and mobile environment.
In step with AIIM's programmatic initiatives, Felicia, in collaboration with AIIM's executive team, developed strategic financial initiatives to ensure AIIM is in stride with its mission and objectives. Felicia strives to implement procedures and controls to improve the efficiency and transparency of the organization's financial reporting. Her overarching goal is to ensure the continuity of the organization to meet the needs of AIIM's members and industry partners.
Felicia's professional experiences have encompassed key financial and accounting roles in various industries, including health care management and consulting. Felicia has over 15 years of corporate accounting and management experience and earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Maryland.

Vice President and CMO
With over 30 years of program, product, and business development experience, Peggy Winton is responsible for the strategic direction of AIIM’s outbound and inbound marketing. She directs all demand generation and brand/community-building activities. Winton joined the Association in January, 2002 directly from Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where she served as Business Developer and strategist for the Consulting Group. Prior to CSC, Winton was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for TTM, Inc., an international firm specializing in web-based and cooperative marketing programs for tourism development. She earned a Bachelor's Degree from Randolph-Macon Woman's College and a Master's Degree from the University of Maryland.
An accomplished writer and speaker, she has authored numerous sales/marketing-related newsletters and articles, as well as developed key strategic plans for the Association. Winton speaks regularly at AIIM and AIIM partner conferences.
